Pardon me for sounding sarcastic; but your question seem to pose a bit of offending hue to the Filipinos, as clearly shown since you haven't received a single answer for two days now.
Your question likewise come through as if Filipinos are almost like bottom-feeders that they will accept the least payment for watching after your kids.
Anyone knows that you pay minimum wage per hour when you obtain the services of ANYONE - NOT JUST FILIPINOS.
If you HAPPEN to know someone who has the free time during your work hours and is WILLING to spend their FREE time looking after your kids - at least, be CONSIDERATE enough to give the prevailing wage rate.
If you can not afford to pay the minimum rate, at least, LEARN HOW TO BEG OR PLEAD these so-called "FILIPINOS" who are most likely gracious enough to accept your 'OFFER' for whatever you can afford!
GIVE FILIPINOS THE DIGNITY THEY DESERVE. THESE PEOPLE WORK VERY HARD WITHOUT COMPLAINTS - OFTENTIMES WORKING BEYOND THEIR CALL OF DUTY.
