Ok, Try this and impress the hell out of him.
Buy shrimp. Red pepper (hot). Garlic and Linguini (tagliatelle) and a can of lobster soup.
Boil the pasta untill it is done.
Put oil in the pan. Heat it, chop some red pepper slices (not the seeds) in the pan, add sliced garlic. Before the garlic browns, add shrimp and stir fry.
Heat the can of soup (open and discard the can before he gets there) Put the pasta on large plates. Top it with the shrimp. Use the soup as a sauce.
Have some bread ready to dip. And make a small salad.

easy shrimp scampi. get some fresh shrimp that has already been peeled and deveined. cook it in a pan with some olive oil, add some garlic, onions, maybe even some mushrooms, let that cook some, add some sherry or white wine. when the shrimp is thouroughly cooked, add some real butter to the wine left in the pan. This should create a wonderful butter sauce. Don't forget to season with s&p., serve over some pasta.

Just remember to only cook the shrimp for only 3-4 mins so they stay tender. Over a medium to medium high heat melt a few table spoons of butter, you can mix olive oil in there too and use less butter saute some chopped garlic for a minute or 2 then throw in the shrimp. Serve over angel hair pasta. That's about as simple as it gets.

I have 2 recipes for you that are both really easy.
This is my favorite, it's simple and very very good!
Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
2 pounds tilapia fillets
Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp
Prepare Fettuccine as directed on paackage.
Alfredo Sauce:

Cajun Seafood Pasta
This recipe is a hot one, but delicious! If you are weak of tongue, then divide the amounts of peppers in half. Better to add more than spoil your creation! Bay scallops are preferred, but the larger sea scallops can be used if they are cut in half. This dish can also be placed in a casserole dish and placed under the broiler until top turns golden brown!"
Original recipe yield: 4 - 6 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 pound scallops
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound dry fettuccine pasta
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
Meanwhile, pour cream into large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just about boiling. Reduce heat, and add herbs, salt, peppers, onions, and parsley. Simmer 7 to 8 minutes, or until thickened.
Stir in seafood, cooking until shrimp is no longer transparent. Stir in cheeses, blending well.
Drain pasta. Serve sauce over noodles.

olive oil
fresh basil (minced)
1/2 of a lemon
1: Whisk the egg whites. 2: Dip each shrimp one by one in to the whites. 3:Then, cover them in bread crumbs. 4:Put a thin layer of oil on a frying pan, and put on the shrimp. 5: Add the basil. 6: If the shrimp is small, stir, keep stirring until golden brown. If the shrimp is big, cook each side until golden brown. 7:
Add lemon juice and VOILA! I hope you and your boyfriend love it!
