Natural is always better but, there are 2 common breast surgeries:

If by plastic surgery you mean implants, then think again. Breast implants are appealing but they have a very limited life span. Once that period is over then you will be left with breasts "like tube socks with tennis balls in them" not a very pretty picture. The cost of having implants removed is about the same as getting them in the first place and nearly every woman gets them removed eventually.

Reduction surgery can be wonderful for the lady that is over endowed. While DD or even HH breasts may be appreciated by some guys, the day to day grind of packing them around is aweful! If you decide to have reduction keep in mind that breasts will continue to grow so reduce to a small size like a B or C and appreciate how much better you back feels!
