When I pick him he does not growl, but when my brother picks him up he growls and tires to bite him. why??
the dog also likes my mom and dad, he likes as all expect my brother, my brother cant get close that he will bite. why?

He doesnt like your brother, ask your brother if there is a reason...do not let your brother pick him up any more...

Ok well have your brother put out his hand with your dogs favorite treat and see if your dog will come to him and take the treat. If he does take the treat do it again and again until he gets closer to your brother. then have a treat and have your brother pick him/her up and give him a treat . now if he bites him again you say NO BITE harshly and bop his nose but your brother has to say it or your dog will think he is the boss over your brother. Now if he growls do the same thing and bops his nose and he should get the point really quick but if it doesnt work bop it harder and harder every time.

I believe the dog doesn't like your brother and there is probably a reason for that. Your brother may have done something that the dog didn't like in some way and the dog doesn't trust him. Is your brother afraid of the dog? Maybe it senses that fact. Maybe it's worth talking to your brother about.

Your brother could have done something to the dog causing the dog to protect hisself. Ask your brother if he did do something and didnt tell anyone. Try to let your brother be the one who feeds him and gives him the treats. He could also smell something on your brother like maybe another animal.

COULD BE YOUR BROTHER DID SOMETHING TO THE DOG MAYBE HE HAS A SMELL THE DOG DOESNT LIKE DOES YOUR BROTHER HAVE ANY PETS OR CATS FOR EXAMPLE OR MAYBE YOUR BROTHER IS SCARED OF THE DOG AND HE SENSES THAT OR MAYBE HE DOESNT LIKE THE WAY HE PICKS HIM UP

Or...your brother is making eye contact with your dog..this is threatening to it..ask your brother to walk into the room and look everywhere else but at your dog..bet it all works out fine..

your brother either has unknowingly down something to the dog that the dog didn't like or your brother doesn't really like the dog and the dog sinces this. dogs have a long memory.

ask your brother what he did to the dog. I have heard of times when animals have a 6th sense about people and do not trust them

Your brother has done something mean to the doggie. The doggie is simply trying to protect himself from a bad person, in his estimation. All creatures determine what is danger to them.
Ensure that your brother stays away from this doggie, and keep him away from your children (if you have any) as well.
