This is a mixed situation, in deed many muslims being of middle eastern they are often very welcoming. There are alot of customs on the treatment of visitors that are still followed thoughout the middle east. I have visited with many middle eastern families and found thier
And I know some of the local groups of Islam where were very ofended by the 911 attacks and see thierself as Americans first and Muslims second.
But then we also have those are full of hate and are confused though racism of thier own.

I've spent time in Saudi too. That's why I respect their right to freedom of practicing Islam, HOWEVER, I have no respect for the religion itself. It's more akin to a barbaric cult in my humble opinion. Being a female, I really have a bad taste in my mouth about it. In Saudi, Christian soldiers and civilian contractors were not allowed to worship in any tents or buildings outside of the US military compounds. I was over there in 98, when some missionaries were held hostage for 3 months just for being caught with bibles on them in a backpack. Trust me bro, I have plenty more stories and graphic pictures of their peaceful religion at work. I understand exactly where you are coming from.

We blame any one is misleading
If some one (muslim or non muslim) did some thing wrong , he is the one to be blamed.
If some one treat you in a bad way , this is his behaviour that he is not following islam in doing it and so Islam is free from it or him
Dont try to stray people from some thing good just like that
May Allah guide you

what you said is the fundamental difference between Islam and other religions. Though christianity also does not accept other religions yet they respect the freedom of man to express himself .

Yes! Because you're ready to pay back what some dopey people do to others!
Look at yourself, think of yourself and don't hate others for their deeds ; try not to emanate hatred, but love(as a good &faithful Christian).Or did you forget about Crusades, Inquisition etc ?
Ciao....John-John.

anyone that is fanatical and murders and justifies it, is very decieved no matter what religon. they just give god a bad name and will one day have stand before him and give an account. also if every religons path led to god then each religons doctrines contradict one another so it makes it impossible for god to speak through all of them cause that will make god out to be a liar, so there is only one true religon and one true god, i believe anyway.
