As mentioned above you can but with only limited functionality. It requires some serious hacking skills to even get it to start. I don't think it's worth the time and effort. I just wish Macs weren't so damn expensive.

Not legaly and not fully working (amlost nothing)

Because mac uses a special chip that the install disc searches.
