This question makes know sense. What does perfection have to do with every body believing in him.
Lets look at it another way. Water is the perfect hydrating liquid for the human body. It cleanses our bodies, carries away our waste, and hydrates the cells. But how many people you know prefer water over other liquids like sodas and alcohol? Not many.
Now God could force humans to believe in him but then would that really be belief if you had no choice? Not really

A perfect god would have created humans perfectly and so god would have had no need for sending a flood to nearly wipe them from the earth. The fact he got disgruntled with what he created implies imperfection.

I believe that He is the Perfect Love, and that He loved us so much that He gave us the choice to believe in Him or not :)

Some people don't want to believe in God because they are afraid of him or because their ego's are to big. And also because the church screwed up big-time

God exists. God is perfect.
Why don't all people believe in Him? You got me there. Perhaps they are so full of themselves that they refuse to look at logic or evidence.
