sugar is literally instant energy. but don't eat sugar, that's dumb.
Sustained energy is better for humans, try proteins in the morning, or even just a proper breakfast will do the trick. That way you won't be looking for crazy 'instant energy' fixes later on.

Nutrilite Berry Mix protein with milk. Doesn't taste horrible like most health supplements. If not that, I blend Nutrilite vitamin E, C, B, Iron and Daily with apple, pineapple, orange, milk and any other fruit I want.
Easiest is just Berry Mix protein and milk, of course. It makes me last throughout the day. Protein keeps your energy level stable throughout the day even after you eat. What normally happens after u eat is your energy level shoots up and suddenly drops fast and finally get u tired. But with protein it keeps the energy level stable and store up the energy from food (doesn't cause a sudden burst of energy but keeps you from getting sleepy after meal)

When i was pregnant with my daughter who is now 2 i went through a stage where all i ate was fast food and she came out perfectly normal i switched to caffeine free coke while i was home, but every once in a while i would have a regular coke from mcdonalds.

any juices like oj or apple for quick fructose thats easily moved into the muscles or just place some dark chocolate under the tongue and rock on
