when they slap your face then knee you, I think that is a good indication they are not interested!

This isn't an easy question, even the women give vague answers. Generally if she won't hold eye contact for long, she keeps her arms crossed over her chest, she seems uninterested in your conversation, or interrupts alot she's not interested.
It's the subtleties that really give it away, most women aren't blunt about that, but if they are blunt, you know they aren't interested without asking.

Most women will not look at your eyes, they will stand away from you with their body as if they are about to walk away. They will make conversations short and then leave. Or they will be blunt an just flat out tell you that they don't like you. You have to read her. Don't just look at one area of the body!

That's a tough one! I have had situations where I was absolutely sure the woman wasn't into me at all, and then ended up in bed with her at the end of the night. The opposite is also true. You might think she's making it really obvious that she wants you, only to find yourself alone later.
There's no formula for this, you've just gotta learn as you go.

They will totally ignore you but might be polite but you can tell by the tone that there isn't a chance. For instance if you go to the store and you talk to a cashier, you can tell if she wants conversation or just wants to get you through her line.

by saying no..and not having anything else to talk about or do with you at all..when you call them and wanting to talk, they're always busy, or not this time maybe next time..that is sure signs too..

Not listening to what you are saying, or giving short answers.
Turning to face other people, lack of eye contact, etc.
If they tip their drink over you, thats generally a bad sign too! ;-)

Generally if they say no it means they aren't interested.
If they make polite conversation and end it quickly they aren't interested.

Avoiding eye contact, rolling eyes, not calling ,not excepting your calls or phone number... looking disappointed when they see you, like you just ruined their day... Says "I really don't want to be bothered why doesn't he get that I am trying to be nice..." some men just don't catch a hint hope I helped.
