In Florida, adults always have a choice to wear a seatbelt. Wear one or get a traffic ticket. The newest laws now say that the Police can pull you over if they see you aren't wearing a seatbelt.
Also, when giving a ticket, the Driver will receive one for anyone in the back seat and the him/herself. The Passenger seat would get their own ticket. Though I fully imagine that if the backseat had adults, they would receive their own ticket.

In Texas, if you are under 17 you have to wear one. That is how the law is in most populated state's citys. If you are in a small state you can call and get this info. or look in up online at you local "departemnt of public safety's web site.

In the UK, yes U do.
If U don't the Police can stop U & issue a fixed penalty fine.
From £80 upwards.
Better 2 belt up here in the UK.

You will have to check your state law. In Nevada rear seat passengers are required to wear their safety belts.

In my country, Belgium, everyone has to wear a seat belt, even if you don't have to, why not just wear it, it's no hassle and it could save your life so...
