There's a highway in NY or NJ that runs underneath some HUGE, tall building...I mean big. I've been under it a fwe times but no one knows what the bldg is. Some people have told me they know the place I'm talking about, but can't name the bldg. Do you know thew name of the road, and the building that is?

There are 4 apartment buildings that I-95 goes under in Upper Manhattan, Between the George Washington Bridge (Hudson River) and the Alexander Hamilton Bridge (The Harlem River) .
They are between Wadsworth ave on the West, W179th St on the North, Amsterdam Ave on the East and W178th street on the south.
Look up " Broadway At W 179th St New York, NY 10033 " on google maps and then click on 'Satellite'

You might be referring to the giant Met Life Building (formerly the Pan Am Building) that stands astride NYC's Park Avenue which runs under it. Do a Yahoo Search for met Life building & you'll find a picture of it.

I agree with you Wizzard. No highways out here (NJ) that run under any huge buildings. Must be the approach to the GWB.

I think you mean Park Avenue. It runs underneath Penn Station in Manhattan.

the only two i can think of that qualify as "HUGE" are the FDR going under the united nations on the east side and the cross bronx/95 freeway going under some pretty tall apts at the geo washington br.

I agree your probably thinking of the helmsey building which is park ave but one could think they are going under grand central it sort of looks like you are.
Theres also a large building over the FDR at 67th or so, its NY hospital.

it is near park avenue under the helmsley building right? and it takes you straight up park avenue.
