If it seems like it is "unnatural" or painful for him to walk normally, this is something to get checked out. I knew a girl in elementary school who walked on her toes, and it was the result of a problem in her legs.

i have seen every child i know under the age of 5 walk on his tippy toes its a phase and he will grow out of it it wont cause any harm in the future with his legs feet or toes

My daughter walked on her toes and still does sometimes it never bothered her , but if he never walks normal have your Dr to ck him out.

Perhaps take him to a doctor and get him tested.
