I'm in love with my brother's best friend.?

I'm in highschool and I'm in love with my older brother's best friend, and he doesn't know it. He seems to like girls his own age. Any suggestions?

Why, good?

(1) Your brother (if you're close to him) will be a good judge of his friend's character, strengths, weaknesses, faithfulness, trustworthiness and other qualities you will need to know about.

(2) IF anything develops between you and this guy, he won't do anything improper since he would never do anything to hurt his friendship with your brother.

WHAT TO DO IN THE MEANTIME?

Be yourself. If he likes older women, then he won't like his "best friend's kid sister" going ga-ga everytime he walks into the room.

True friendship between individuals sometimes develop slowly -- they don't know how good you are as a person until time has gone by. The best relationships between couples usually starts out as a natural friendship. In time, they realize, "Hey. I like being around this person. And then they start going out."

Keep the romantic part on check. That just messes things up, and you don't want to get emotional about it. Give this time, and you will discover eventually whether it's true love, or just temporary admiration.

How old are you? How much older is he? I wouldn't try to be all phony and try to act older than you are or act more mature than you're capable. Just be yourself and gain the interest on things he's interested in. When there is a common ground, the conquering is much easy! ;) wink!

and your point is???? i think if you brother found out he would be more than pissed cuz ur his little sister and he thinks its his job to protect you. maybe your brother dont want you to go with his friend cuz he most likely knows hisfriend alot better than you do. let me put it this way... would you rather date your brothers best friend, or lost you relationship with you brother?

you shouldnt get invloved with someone much older then you.
they are on different levels of life then you.
it hardly ever works.
but you could hint it out to him.
see how that goes.
and if that goes well to you like he flirts back or w/e then tell him straight out how you feel.
