if you are afraid of ghosts better not stay in your room. you need to get out and find some comfort. besides ghosts are not anything to be afraid of at least not in my experience.

My Grandmother use to say "Never be afraid of what you can see or hear." She was Irish. There are some bible scriptures you can say,"What time I'm afraid, I will trust in Thee." "I am more than a conquer." "You hold me in the palm of your hand." "I' am the apple of Your Eye."Call upon the name of Jesus.Get a flashlight and step-out in faith. "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet."
