Of course there is no "rule book" for atheists as atheism is not a religion. Being an atheist only means you don't believe in God. Rest depends on the person. As an atheist you can make up your own thoughts and consider the thoughts of different people. For an atheist there is no absolute authority. It depends on you what you make of it. I am an atheist and I think some of the rules of religions are good and others are not. So I can't give you a "code of rules", I can just say try to act a way you don't do harm to others. This is a general moral value and should count for every human being no matter what he believes.

We are not an organized group for the most part. There are sects, or groups I guess, that have guides like satanism that has the satanic bible. Guidelines for life that do not claim to be from a holy source.

Live life.
Achieved goals in life is an individuals achievement or an individuals failure.
Do not worship any idols, icons, or religious figures.
Help people when you can regardless of race, color, or creed.
The friends and people you surround yourself with is a clear indication of the standards of life you live.
