It depends on why you have the condition. If it's because you're thirsty and you don't exercise...or do anything that would increase your water demand see a doctor. If it's because you are on antihistamines or some other medication that dries your mouth out, drink milk or lactose free milk.

Suck on lemon drops. The dry mouth could be caused by medication that you are taking.......has nothing to do with drinking all the water.

check to be sure your sinuses aren't clogged and you are breathing thru your mouth..
if you aren't, see a doctor, it could be diabetes
