Scones (pronounced 'sko-nez') are probably one of the least understood skin diseases you can contract from Mexican Americans. The disease originates from untreated skin punctures of cactus thorns, and is most prevalent along the Southwestern Border of Texas and Mexico. When the tainted skin punctures are exposed to goat dung a virulent strain of Scones results. Rapid First Aid Treatments using common snake bite kits have proven moderately effective in certain localities.
Scones infections are spread through physical contact with infected victims, sexual encounters, and use of the same car or bus seat that was recently used by a Scones sufferer. Recommendations for good health include avoidance of Southwestern Texas Cactus, unwashed Mexicans, car and bus seats, and sexual intercourse with any of the above.

I don't know about Starbucks, but Caribou sells some low fat orange cranberry scones. And anything in moderation is not bad for you.

Well, yes. Eating it everyday might be a problem. But if you have it once in a while, there's no problem. Enjoy your scone :)

I'm pretty sure they might be less fattening, however I'm not really sure. There probably not the healthiest pastries in the world. They are probably chock full of white flour. I had one the other day though and it was good. I wouldn't eat one everyday though.
