Take the old one to supermarket and exchange for new on where u get ur concentrate don't forget it as it will cost u about £15 to buy without exchange which is a few £

I'm finding it very difficult too, i brought mine from asda and they did sell replacement gas cartridges but for some reason stopped! If anyone does give you a good answer then let me know also please, thanks

Most of the large supermarkets sell them. Take the old one and they will swap it for you.
