I hate my butt and so does everyone else.

Lunges really help. Also, stand behind a chair, holding on to the top. Lift your leg backwards and hold as high as you can. Do this for 5 minutes a day. This really helps tone and lift the butt.

SQUATS.........Just have ur feet spread a little farther than shoulder width and squat down as far as u can and hold it for about 3 sec. .....the more the better!

Cycling is great for your gluteus maximus (butt).
