Like hunger is mainly a physical condition, feeling the urge to sleep is mainly a physical condition, though both obviously involve a great amount of mental conditions too. The question is "if i don't think or get oriented with sex, won't i feel the urge for it ?" As watching something will surely lead to it, won't staying apart will do the opposite ?

I guess all physical urges are controlled by mind..

For men it's definitely a physical condition, they need a sex release just because of physical buildup of semen in their body. Women I don't think it's as much a physical condition as it is for men, although it I'm not positive on how much it is physical vs. mental it is for women in actuality.

I do know that women will instinctually seek out sex based on the time of the month when they are most likely to get pregnant based off of hormones, so I would say that there's definitely a physical aspect to the condition there too.

Of course in both cases mental conditions will either add or subtract from the physical condition, but the physical condition is there netherless.

You do it physically with mental involvement. If there is no urge or mental feeling, the sex act will become mechanical. Some Prostitutes do it like that since they think only about money when indulging in sex.

Hi Janaki,

Like feeling hungry, feeling sleepy, think about sex is also a combination of mental and physical condition.

All the creatures in world have the feeling of hunger, sleep and also sex.

But it starts from a certain age so that we feel it as a different or a special one.

It is a normal one for all living organisms.

Sex urge I have found to be BOTH a physical and mental condition. If your Male, its more PHYSICAL.

It is both, but I believe it is more physical than mental. So with that said, if it feels good, just do it.

Sex is a mental condition. The more you think about it , the more you find yourself indulge in it.
