I'm a huge fan of chocolate chip, so definitely those!
But recently I got a package of Hershey's miniatures (you know, they are mini candy bars of regular Hersheys, special dark, Mr. Goodbar and Krackle). Anyway it had a chocolate chip cookie recipe on the back where you substitute regular chocolate chips for those candybars....cut the candybars into six pieces so the pieces are smaller. Anyway, I ate too many of the miniatures to make the cookies (you need the whole bag for the recipe), but next time I make chocolate chip cookies I'm going to try using the miniatures instead...its gotta be awesome!

A coconut bon-bon cookie, like an almond joy, but with a cake like inside, only with DARK CHOCOLATE. Yummy. It is amazing all the health benefits in dark chocolate & anything coconut.
