Well first off let me tell you i am a boy so i can be masculine prospective to this question.
With ur girl friend:
First of the bond of friendship between two women are known to be far more stronger than that of males. Women are bonded and are far more easily hurt. Your condition is a delicate one. So please don't try to make one party happy and other sad. Your friend needs your help right now. Especially if this is between you and your friend. Have nice talks go out for walk and all that girly stuff u ppl do. (remember i am a boy ;-)..)
For ur boy friend:
Hey we are guys. we tend to break up with girls every year on average. Trust me being a guy i kno. We usually are just going to need some time apart. But you have to make an effort to bring them together. BEcause as guys we are not ready to say one word. And that word is "SORRY". We feel we are being degraded by that word. Of course by we i don't mean every one but most of the case.
In the end i think you should honestly do your best with an open mind. If these guys are your true friends and they were meant to be together they will come back. But if they don't and they push you around tell them. You have a right to choose your friends as well.
I pray your problem works out.

It's hard to be stuck in the middle. I am afraid for a while you are going to have to do things separately with each of them. Maybe when they both find other people or it has been long enough you can start by inviting them both to the same party. Maybe one day you will be able to go out with the two of them again, but it will probably be when they get older. Just remember to stay unopinionated to their comments about each other and not to take sides.

Explain to her you were friends before they dated and you are truly sorry it didn't work out for them but would also like to remain his friend... it would be best though not to expect her to want to hang around with the two of you together that is hurtful and unfair.. so try to give them both time and friendship... i hope this all works out i know you would not want to choose nor lose either of them as your friend... let her know that ....

Do you need your friend to do everything w/you? Hang out w/your guy friend by yourself schedule fun things to do w/out your friend. Give her some time she just got her heart broken, she'll come around eventually. Good luck! :-)

You should remeber that this is not your problem and it shouldnt be. Everthing that has happened between your friends should be resolved between them. You have to realize that if they make you stop seeing the other friend then they are not your real friend.

this is hard but you must decide whose freindship is more important.
Not that I am saying to drop one of them,
but one of them must be the priority.
See them seperatly.
If you really can't decide who is the priority,
I'd suggest to befreind her first, because in general women need more emotional support than guys do. But, if you do, you can only listen when one complains about the other, it would be wrong to tell stories/agree. " yeah, he really is a punk", Yeah she really does complain to much.....

You shouldn't have to stop being his friend because she isn't with him anymore but if it's going to mess up your friendship with her then maybe you need to rethink who is more important to you because sooner or later you'll have to decide.

may be she is not your friend, when is trying to tell u with whom to see or not. just listen to your heart and will find the answer there. friendship is to give and to get, both.

you should talk 2 her. see wut she says but if she is your friend then she wont make you chose sides. but if she does then yeah. Or you could try getting them back together like as friends and then it'll be perfect. trust me I just did this with my best friend yesterday. But dont give up do wut ever you can.
