That's normal. You've lost some fat and added some muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so even though you lost more fat than you gained muscle, the weight stayed the same.
But this is GOOD! The extra muscle will help your body burn more calories.
Don't worry about your weight. Worry about your fitness and your figure; that's a better judge. Just keep up the good work, don't overdo it, and be sure to give your body a rest once a week. In a few months you see more progress.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

There is nothing wrong with you. If you exercise, you are burning fat, and gaining muscles. Fat uses up more space, muscles use up less, but weigh more. Don;t complain, keep doing what you are doing.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

You should not be concerned! You're exercising. Which means your strengthening your muscles. Bio-101 muscles weight more than fat. If you continue, you'll amazingly drop pounds as your body takes shape. But don't get discourage nor give up!
TRUST ME! I went thru the same and in 3 months, WOW! Check out the links below for more info.

Sounds like you are doing fine...........I would guess that you are losing fat but gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
You are now healthier, I am sure. Having more muscle causes you to burn more fat. The muscle tone is firming up you body. Keep it up the exercise and good diet. The weight itself is sure to go down . Do not quit what you are doing.
CONGRATULATIONS! You are seeing progress.

It's just normal to our body. in fact, fats turn into muscles so it's better that you've lose many inches and then retain on the same weight because you have more muscles now.

You must keep up with your diet program everyday and exercise all the same. If you lose weight and forget how easy it is to gain it back, then you need another source of diet motivation. Try subliminal music out. Its only a few dollars and you can use it forever.

Its probably because your fat mass is replaced by muscle mass because of exercise. Fat mass uses up a lot more space than muscle mass. Muscles are more dense and heavy. So if you are losing inches, you are losing fat, and building up your muscles by exercising. That's what you want in a body anyway, more muscles and less fat.

because you've lost fat and gained muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So while a fat girl of the same size may way 150, you can weigh on 130 and still be getting smaller and smaller as you burn fat and gain muscle.
its not about weight, its about fat ratio.
Those skinny skinny girls you see have no muscle, they weigh only as much as their bones and organs.

Muscle weighs five times as much as fat. If you work out, you may lose fat and become skinnier. It doesn't mean that you actual pound number will decrease though.
