Subjective involves judgement,
Very often fields that are subkective, such as mental heath for example, try to write standards to be more objective.

to be objective means that you are not personally vested in the issue. The results can duplicated across situations. Subjective is when someone is personally involved in the outcome. I don't know if subjective can ever be the whole truth. For example, if a new drug comes on the market and you are reading research about the effect of the drug some of the research has been done by the pharmaceutical company (subjective - they want people to buy their product to make a profit) and some research has been done by outside institutions and doctors (objective - they just want to know the true effectiveness of the drug and side effects). It's often better to go with the objective information as you know that no one is looking to purposely deceive you.

There is no such thing as subjective truth. All truth is objective. Truth does not depend upon judgement, opinion, perspective, knowledge or time or place.
In short, IT IS NOT RELATIVE!!
