Well, a fact is the proof of the existence of something, whether physical or not. Answers or arguments, supported by facts have more weight and accuracy, and decreases doubt to the maximum.

As for an opinion, well, its what an individual, or a group think about an issue and its in their own point of view. In todays world, we people, we tend to go more towards opinions rather than looking for real facts. Our world is not governed by facts, but by the opinions of politicians and statemen. Well, this is my personal opinion about that :-)

A fact is the actual object that exists to prove a theory. An opinion is the verbal or written expression of your personal thoughts on a subject.

While there can be some element of opinion in fact (and fact in opinion), generally facts are demonstrable, and opinions are not (or at least not yet).

Fact can be proven scientifically or it is what actually happened...opinion is someones idea or what they think OR hypothesize. If you want a big long hypothetical, spiritual, other-world, cross-dimensional answer then you will could get over a billion different answers
