I might go & talk to the proprietor. Speak to them fairly well, if I where you i would ask when you would buy the canine from them & present them an amount now if they grow to be rude or whatever well that's when I would tell them "hey, this can be a dwelling breathing creature that is going to die if you don't feed it water it & give the bad youngster refuge!! You would not teather you baby outside within the freezing wheather with out a meals & such!? Would you!!!?" Now if they don't provide the canine, then i would continue calling the RSPCA & Police however in the interim if I the place you i would through some wet pet food & kibble and a towel or blanket. And throw some kibble to the dog and open the can & toss him some and throw the blanket (towel) to him as well so he at least has some thing to snuggle up to. Now if talking to them produces no effect then i would wait except fairly late night when you see no mild on within the condominium and simply go over & take the dog. Quite often i would not propose this type of behavior however a life is in jepordy so I believe it is necesary. The only thing is that you can't maintain the canine considering that the horrible house owners will realize you stole him so you will customarily have to find a friend or loved ones member to take the pup or perhaps simply take him for a while unless everything kinda blows over. But in case you do go ask to buy the dog & then steal him they would get suspicious so beware. Good good fortune!!

you should watch The Dog Whisperer on National Geographic. he deals with dogs that would otherwise be put down and have all that nervous energy and corrects them with exercise, discipline, then affection. Be a pack leader! Okay so I watch the show a lot but his stuff really does work.

u should really get ur house checked out for spirits. Dogs can sense them, and if ur dog is afraid of it, then it's probably not a very friendly spirit. My dog will stare at stuff sometimes and i think that he senses a spirit, but he's not afraid of it or anything.

Could your house be haunted? I'm sure animals can see things us humans cannot. My dog used to act this way, barking at the corner of a room when there was nobody there. Spooky, huh?

Chihuahuas are very nervous little dogs. There might be a noise or something that we can't hear that is bothering her.

Chihuahua are a strange breed anyway. I think they should go back over the border. I'm not sure they really fit into the dog category.

lots of dogs, cats, small children, and so on have a special ability to sense and even see spirits or ghosts. if i were you id call a priest to check for evil spirits, another option is to call a psychicd that can sense spirits. i know it sounds really stupid but trust the dog!♥

+i've seen it happen on tv, the toddlers see ghosts of their grandparents and stuff!
