It's a papillon, and I swear, he never smells at all & I've never heard anything & he sleeps right on top of me everyday. Is it just that if he does fart it's such a little chipmunk fart that it is impossible to smell or hear?

never - it ability you're feeding him wisely - or a minimum of you're if he does not burp. gas can kill a dogs - their abdomen is formed like a hammock, and because gas is gentle, it may cauese the tummy to coach and reason a twist at the two end. what happens next is excruiating and deadly - they blow up like a balloon and die. SO - dogs fart jokes might look humorous to 3, yet in fact, it rather is the least humorous concern that could take place, and an illustration they have eaten some thing they are no longer digesting precise.

Believe me, all dogs fart! It just may be that your dog's diet doesn't produce high levels of sulphur compounds or methane gas.(the main ingredients in the real stinkers). You should feel VERY lucky. My dog's farts could scare a rattlesnake!

Trust me. you never want yr dog to fart. Though dogs normally fart, they usually gives silent farts that you should count your luck not having to smell it before. Its sounds weird if your dog fart loudly across the hall.

Trust me. All dogs fart. LOL They just don't have big but cheeks to make a loud noise. My dog has little squeaker farts or the ones that creep up on you.

Dog food, is a big reason dogs fart and you may be feeding him the right stuff. some dogs will fart if they are dog food with a high corn content.

You are very very lucky.
I discovered that I can sometimes make one of mine fart by scratching his back. (easy way to get rid of unwanted guests)
