I would do a baby name search on the internet especially foriegn names. I named my tiny blue/tan chihuahua "Malu" which means Peace. Maybe use the english word search thats on most of the name sites and type in spots or speckles and see what comes up. or maybe think of her personality and search for something similar. My neighbor has a dog with a spot on its head. They call her Dottie. That's the first thing that came to mind when You said "spot on the ears"
