Perhaps your parents can't afford these stores? They are pretty pricey. Also, it could be that they want you to stand out as yourself and not look like all the other whiney 12 year olds? And... I hope sexy isn't a word you use to describe the clothes to your parents? Something parents want least is for their pre-teen child to be sexy. Why don't you try a different approach and get a job liike doing chores for a neighbor or babysitting to make the money yourself, then you could buy what you want, within your parents guidlines? You might think this sounds mean but I have a nearly 12 year old boy who is going through this phase of not wanting anything unless it comes with a tag that says Izod or Polo, so i'm going through this now with him.

Sounds like you have your own money............that is great.
Get over it!!!!!
In 6 years when you go off to that prestigious college that I am sure your parents will be sending you to, they will probably let you choose your own clothes.
If that is the worse thing my parents ever did to me, I would have been very happy..............how about ONE dress per season and if I was Real good to my father he would take me to a rag store and let me pick out some second hand skirts and blouses that I would hand wash and starch. I had one pair of shoes per season. I remember my big toe pushing against the shoe and hurting and my heels were worn down and the shoe would separate from the sole.
He beat me for plucking my eyebrows and shaving my legs, I guess so that I would not be attractive the the boys at school.
Not trying to make you feel bad, but THINGS COULD BE MUCH WORSE!!!!!!!

Sounds like you need to talk with your parents. Openly and honestly, and they need to treat you with some respect as well to hear your opinion and give the reasons behind their own opinion.
I'm guessing that they're watching out for your safety, not wanting you to dress in ways that might put your safety at risk. If so, I can't blame them, but it does seem odd to ban ALL clothes from those stores.
Ask them to explain why without whining yourself. Be quiet and really listen to their reasonings. Then say something like, "I understand, but I'd like to suggest a compromise." Now you could talk about having one or both accompany you to these stores for them to see that not EVERYTHING is bad or evil or "slutty" inside the stores.
Ultimately, you need to earn their trust. By having them go with you to these stores and making wise selections that they approve, you'll show to them that you are capable of making sound judgements. Eventually, they'll trust you enough to let you buy your own clothes -- but this may take a while.
Good luck!

Parents have priorities, like food, housing, little details like that. You want them to spend $30-$50 for 1 blouse.
Your 12, so I guess its only natural for you to be a little selfish.

why dont you offer to do chores so that you can have your own money to buy what you like and at the same time your parents might realise that youd like a little freedom when choosing your clothes

Maybe they're trying to teach you to not be so hung up on labels (and they would be right). Also, those stores are WAY over-priced. Here's a thought -- have you asked them (without whining) why they are against those stores? Are you saying you couldn't possibly find the same style anywhere else??

You can't, not at 12, so you'll just have to let them choose them for you. But what you can do is have your grandparents take you shopping and maybe THEY'LL let you buy them.

Get your own money, sit them down and talk to them about like how you are growing up and you make choices for yourself
