here's this guy, i'm tried giving him every possible sign that he sh'ld ask me out, but he still scared, what should i do next grab his collor and say, when will u ask me out?

Well, some are, anyways. But let me tell you from personal experience, when there's a guy you like, who you're just about 99.9% sure likes you back, he just hasn't told you, and he just won't ask you out, it means he really cares about you. As in, he REALLY cares about you. He really wants to make a relationship work. He wants to be sure you like him, because chances are he really, really likes you. So if you want, make the first move. If you don't, you may have to wait until he thinks he's ready, which could take a while. But don't get on his case about not asking you out, it'll make him more nervous.

Geeze girls can be so forward and aggressive. If I were a guy I'd run away too.
If you shove a bone in a dog's face it will back away. Try playing the game a little. I'm too old for games but there IS a little back and forth that goes on in the mating ritual. You're young so instead of throwing yourself at some guy, try a little coyness instead of cutting right to the chase. What's the fun in saying here I am come and get me. Ick.

Don't assume that a guy needs to be the one to ask a person out. Girls today like to play mind games with a guy. This may set a wrong impression to the guy. If you like this guy, just ask him out before someone else does.

Here's a thought, ASK HIM OUT!!! Times are changing Tots, if you're the one that wants to go out with him, just ask him out instead of waiting around for him to! It is that simple. If that will make you feel like less of a woman, then you have issues...

ask him if he would like to go to the movies with you because there is this great new movie you wanna see....he is obviously too shy and nervous. in this case you need to be the aggressor if you want him. and he obviously wants you. when you are out with him you need to carry the conversation and you need to grab his hand while your in the theater. shy guys need girls to do all the work or at least most of it...otherwise you both might miss out on a great thing

Well, have you ever thought that maybe he doesn't want to go out with you?
Maybe he is overly shy, but maybe he just isn't interested. You can't force him to go out with you if he doesn't want to, and if he's afraid, well, jumping at him will totally freak him out.
It all depends on the signals. If you think he likes you, but is simply afraid, then you should give him some time, let him understand your intentions, and let him prove he wants to make a move. Then you can insist, ease his decision. If not, well, that's life, I suggest not to hang on to one guy who probably isn't worth much anyway.

I agree with sleepwalker, and the others. It sounds like it's time for you to take the bull by the horns and just ask him out.
He's probably just really shy. It seems with me, the more I like someone, the more shy I am.

Like most guys, he's probably oblivious to the fact that you're even interested in him.
That would be kinda cool though. For you to actually ask him, "Soo...when are we going out?" or something to that effect.
I would be pretty flattered.

go to him and say, do you want to go with anyone? ( wait to see what he says) then say I usually dont ask a guy, but I have to becuase you wouldn't catch on. Do you want to go out with me? becuase I stand on with what I want and I want you. Then give the sexiest facial expression that you can give him to let him know that you is what he need, and you good
