Amina, my dentist told me I couldn't have my teeth professionally whitened because they were too thin (this is funny as my teeth are the only things that are thin about me). Anyway, I bought a bottle of hydrogen peroxide for about 50 cents (yes, it's cents, not cent) and after I brush my teeth, I pour some H2O2 in my mouth, swish it around for about 20 -30 seconds, and brush again. My teeth are always white. When I forget to do it or run our of peroxide, I can notice the difference.

I had teeth cleaned at dentist's yesterday. The final step was a pliable mold full of "chloride" that fit my upper and lower teeth. Results about 7 or 8 minutes later were astounding.

The Crest Whitestrips that you buy at a dental office are stronger and better than the ones you can buy at Walmart/Target etc.

I use them and love them! I drink a lot of coffee and tea and I also have naturally yellow teeth, so I like how they look now.

Hi!

You need to eat right to stay bright. Tooth enamel is porous and as time passes, it absorbs color from the food you eat. The thumb rule is - the darker food you eat or drink, the grater will be the likelihood of your teeth getting stained.

So avoid black coffee, tea, colas, soya sauce, tomato sauce, red wine, etc. If you must satisfy your cravings then get in to the habit of brushing your teeth.

Safe foods for your smile include lots of water, white wine and chammomile tea.

Usually the best way is the old system, customized bleaching trays and bleaching syringes, you keep them white by avoiding soda, tea, coffee and chocolate, but when you drink those things then make sure you brush your teeth as soon as your finished.

We sell Crest Whitestrips in our office and they are inexpensive and work really well for some patients. They work best if your teeth are not very dark to begin with and if your teeth are straight and not very crooked.
