I have the 8.0 version and I want to uninstall it so i can put an older version on.....how do I uninstall it?

Go to "ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS" and uninstall/remove

in basic terms click the starting up button then administration Panel then upload and get rid of courses then click Yahoo! Messenger Beta because you won't be able to deploy an older version even as a extra recent version is put in so uninstall Yahoo! Messenger Beta and deploy the Yahoo! Messenger with Voice.

Go into the control panel of you computer and see where it says " add/remove programs. Click on that, find the 8.o version and uninstall it. Hopefully you have the new old disk to install. Good luck.

Uninstall thru your control panel. Then redownload the version you want. Below is a link that has various Yahoo messenger versions.

go to start, control panel,add or remove programs.Look for yahoo 8.0, click on it and uninstall. That should do it.

Go to control panel, open ADD/ERASE . Chose whichever file you want to uninstall.

I tried everything to get rid of that Norton one, no such luck so I removed it completely
