i feel like its our wedding and we can wear whatever we want. i had someone make a remark like i know you are not wearing a white dress with all those kids. I feel like over half of the people that where white is not being honest. the tradition is VIRGINS wear white but 9 times out of 10 they are not virgins .just because they don't have any kids they think they can wear white. how do you feel about this? do anybody agree with me?

One piece of advice..........IGNORE,IGNORE,IGNORE (well thats two really)
One thing I cant stand is hypocrites ..they make my blood boil...you wear what you want to wear. If you want to wear sky blue pink with yellow dots ..what the bloody hell has it got to do with the narrow minded bigots who judge you for what you want to wear.

tell them to go wee up their skirt and play in the steam. lol

Have a lovely wedding.

My husband and I had are son 2 years before we got married. There is nothing wrong with that. All most all the people who are complaining. Had sex before they got married too. We just got cought with are hands in the cookie jar. I wore a beautiful white dress to my wedding. It is your wedding. Get the attitude set like I had. F*ck all the people. This is your special day not theres. Your the one that needs to be happy. This is every little girls dreams come true. So don't let anyone mess it up for you.

Honey, wear white.
The days of strict wedding traditions are over. You are right, 90% aren't virigins. The only difference is you have proof. However, it's YOUR day, and I think you should be able to wear whatever color you want. Happy wedding!

If it is a large church wedding, wearing white is hypocritical. I Bet you look dynamite in a slinky cream colored dress with something white in your hair, white jewelry and carrying white flowers. ... Real Class. But whatever you decide, lose the anger and have a great wedding and wonderful marriage.

Wear whatever color dress you want. Consider a white dress an expression of the purity of the love you have for your new spouse.

How many women today are virgins when they get married??? One in a million??? Go ahead and wear the white, and if anyone gives you crap about it, ask if they were virgins on their wedding day.

Congrats! :)

I say wear whatever you want to wear. You are right, 9 outta 10 are NOT virgins. If possible, Id say 9.99 outta 10 is closer.
Its your day, you do whatever is gonna make you happy doing.

I agree-it is YOUR day-wear what you want. I have several friends/coworkers who have children and when they got married, they wore white-but added colour to the ensemble. For example, one lady wore a white formal gown with crimson trim and rosebuds embroidered on the short veil. it was stunning! Her attendants all wore red dresses, in deifferent patterns.
Congratulations!

wear what you want, don"t worry what they say. 9 out of 10 of those who run their mouth wish only that they could be more like you and not be traditional. YOU GO GIRL
