I have imperatively got to lose weight and i eat rice daily. I must know. Could you help please?

a whole cup has around 200. Make sure you eat brown rice because it a lot better for you, especially if you are trying to lose weight

Raw or cook? If cook, with what kind of oil? If you are on a diet just boil it in water! Don't add butter or salt! About 98 calories.

does not not really matter just eat and be full/ pus rice is an exellent source of carboyahtes so its health.
