To me, a New Englander, winter weather in SC is the best.
I visited Paris Island end of January a few years ago, and thought the weather was gorgeous. I say have your outdoor wedding. It will be on the cool side, but not cold.
Baby blue is fine for a February wedding, if that is what you want. However, it might be better to go with a purple, since the birthstone is amethyst and the flower is the violet. But, if blue is what you want, blue you shall have! You only get married once, don't let other people's ideas of what is right make you look back and say "I wish I had done it my way"......

Yes, baby blue is very nice for a winter color, especially when paired with a navy blue and silver. That would be very pretty. If you can swing it in the budget, and really want the outdoor atomosphere, consider getting a tent. The tents of today are very fancy and depending on the temp in SC in February, it would give an outdoor atmosphere without being too cold.

Well, I think it will be too cold for a Feb. wedding in South Carolina. But as someone suggested, a tent will be a good idea to keep everyone warm and comfortable. I think any shade of blue will be a nice color for February wedding. Click on links below for ideas.

expensive, you reside in OHIO. Do the words "tornado season" mean something to you? There can nevertheless be snow on the floor in March, as there will be right here merely 2 states remote from you. it may be warmer than blue blazes, it may be pouring rain or hailing. Watch the factors this 12 months, and spot in case you decide directly to threat it on your wedding ceremony next 12 months. To me, whilst somebody invests huge dollars right into a marriage, they might desire to have it on the least risky internet site. a chum's daughter had to cancel her gazebo wedding ceremony using rain, and it replaced into chilly, and it replaced into meant to get muggy and warm in the afternoon. It did no longer. It rained. Thank goodness her reception replaced into interior. yet once you decide directly to threat it, high quality. and no, utilising a nil.5 an hour to the reception isn't too far. even yet it is getting there.

I would say April if you are in SC, but it might rain. I guess Feb is just as good. I went to A Valentines Day Wedding, everything (except the brides dress) was red it was beautiful, but it was inside.

First of all wedding are the cause of more good relationships failing than anything else. You women all want, want, want. You "want" an outdoor wedding. Then you complain that it will be too cold. You "want" good colors for flowers. You "want" baby blue. You "want" to get married in february. Starting into a marriage with such a selfish and extensive list of "I wants" is sure to doom the relationship. The next "I WANT" will be him saying "I want out of here" and you saying "I want alimony".

Why not do something really special, and go to "Santaland" and get married in Lapland?
You'll certainly have something memorable then, and it's an ideal place for an outdoor wedding.
See http://www.emagine-travel.co.uk/ as a UK example site.
