My hubby does it under the broiler, drizzled in a little olive oil, then puts bruschetta on it. I hate goat cheese, but our guests love it.

Put the goat cheese on a piece of silver foil.
Cut a slice of tomato(it depends how big is the piece of cheese)& some green pepper on the cheese.Add powder of red hot pepper, oregano and a drip of olive oil on the top.
Fold them in the silver foil & put it on the grill till it melts!
You will love it!

the best way we like our cheese is to butter two slices of whole-wheat bread, the good type, and place butter-side down on a flat pan over medium heat. put the cheese on one slice of bread and put the other piece of bread on top, butter-side off the cheese (facing up). when the first side is warm and golden-brown flip the whole thing over to toast the other side. the cheese gets so gooey and yummy!!!
