Hi there,

Talk to someone. Share your tensions and fears. Discuss these with a good friend. Someone who will just be there as a friend, who will listen to you and help you in finding out the reasons for your tensions and insecurities.

Don't push these tensions and worries away. They are there for a reason. Try to find out what these reasons are. If you cannot find a good friend try writing. Make yourself your best friend. Write down your tensions and fears. Then list about one or two reasons why they might be there. Then work out two or three strategies for handling those reasons. Go to the source this way.

Also before doing these things, meditate or do something relaxing. Go for a walk in the park. Listen to your favorite kind of music. Or just do deep breathing for about 10 minutes. The best thing to do while doing these things is to "be there". If your mind goes back to thinking about your tensions while doing these gently get it back to the present to the relaxing activity that you are doing. Don't be too hard on yourself.

DO REMEMBER THOUGH. OUR TENSIONS AND FEARS ARE THERE FOR A REASON. IF YOU DO NOT FIND OUT WHAT THE REASON FOR EACH FEAR, RELAXATION ACTIVITIES WILL ONLY PROVIDE TEMPORARY RELIEF.

I hope this helps.

You are facing unecessary tension and fear, all right.

Try to do some yoga such as breathing in and out. By taking a short walk in gardens. By admiring the nature, and thanking God for every thing that he has done and will be doing for you.

About your fear dont ever think you are alone, there will be always someone along with you in your every walks of life. Just be calm and dont worry.

If you follow these steps there is no need for you to worry and your tension and fear is gone. it will just take some time..

Good Luck

By far the best strategy is meditation. The second best strategy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which you can learn from a book (the trick is in applying it). Medications like Xanax and Ativan help (a lot), but people build up tolerances to these medications, and they become less effective in just a short time. Taking up a martial art is also very helpful, and hypnosis can be of some benefit. Weight training is also beneficial, as this too increases confidence.

Be more and more voluntary.

When we were born the whole system worked spontaneously and involuntarily as a reaction to external or internal forces.

A desire to be voluntarry developed at certain stage of development. As a result, some of us developed better mastery over voluntariness and some less over our thinking, feeling and behaviour. So reflect where you got stuck in acquiring voluntariness and start ascending from there.

Relaxation and yogic exercises will give you some relief from the effects of tension. But to get better mastery over voluntariness you will have to make special effort.

Where do you live? Just joking.
You need to enjoy life, you didn't say anything about your life so I honestly couldn't say.
I could do the old 'what is your happiest memories' thing

All seriousness, enjoy yourself, stay away from people who bring you into 'their' world. Learn to accept yourself for who you are. Start enjoying the things you remember when you were a child.

Find time for yourself to get your mind off of things, get a hobby, exercise and dont close yourself up in your house.
Remember these are just feelings, when you get your mind off of it you wont feel so aggitated.Maybe you need a change in your daily rutine.
Also, try not to be alone alot- if you have friends and family, try to keep around them as much as possible.

Do some deep breathing. Breath in, and blow it out through
your mouth. This helps balance your energy within.
Use your minds eye, like you see pictures in your mind.
Imagine a light around you. And use the spoken word to call a ring of protection around you from our Highest Power.
