First I look at personality: I look for a sense of humour, intelligence, optimism, compassion, sensitivity and thoughtfulness. Something interesting about the guy - maybe a hobby or something the guy is involved in that shows passion, dedication or ambition.

Then I look at the physical attributes of the guy (each girl is different about their preferences), but generally we like guys who can look after themselves (their general health and fitness) and clean after themselves.

Confidence is a big factor, but too much of it can be translated as egogistical behaviour which is a turn off for me, as long as you're confident and happy in everything you do it's all good. If you're fun to be around, it's likely people will want to be with you to have fun. A passionate, sensual man is highly desireable!

Honestly on iniatial attraction, looks come in handy, but then a guy has to have something that will keep my coming back. When I met my boyfriend I thought he was the hottest thing, then we started talking to one another and he had the sweetest personality, and we could actually talk to each other without a bunch of awkward silences. So really if a guy can actually talk to a girl and really be interested in her I think that is very attractive, No one wants to be with someone who really doesn't try, or care.
