Which is better is the one that you like. If you don't like eating it, you'll end up skipping it altogether. You can check which brands of cereal are the healthiest if you want to go that way, and the main consideration other than that is how much time are we dealing with here to make this breakfast!?! I don't know of any 17 year olds that would even consider (COOKING) breakfast and being male makes the odds even higher - No Offense!

If you expect to be doing a lot of heavy work, you're better off getting a lot of protien (as in the eggs-and-bacon breakfast). If you're in a hurry cereal is good enough.
It really depends on the cereal you get, though: The brightly-colored kiddie cereals tend to be loaded with sugar and to otherwise be over-processed.
Or, you could get the cereal along with the eggs and bacon. As long as you're not overeating and are doing enough work to burn it off.

it depends on what you are in the mood for, but usually real food is better for you i guess it depends on what cerial you get like fruit loops are bad because the sugar in it absorb in to you really fast and turn into fat if you got like wheatables than those are good for you because it will absorb in you slower resulting in more energy over the day rather than a sugar high in the morning

It depends on what you mean by real food. Cereal is a food - processed corn or wheat or rice. If you mean eggs and bacon and that sort of thing - it is all good just not too much of any of it.

Cereal is real food so I have no idea what you mean. The healthiest breakfast consists of whole grains and fruit.

hello, since you are a male 17 yr. old , i am sure you need more than cereal for breakfast . cereal is healthier but , I'm sure you need the works , eggs , toast , & whatever else you like potatoes or grits, etc.
