I am going out of town for a few days . How can I send an automatic mail to
every one who mails me after I have gone , telling that I am out of town for a few days
and they can reach me a particular day after sometime whwn i come back?
The mail should be sent to the person as the very moment the person mails me.

Depends on the mail program, but most have an auto-reply option. Just fill in the text and every incoming mail gets an automatic reply.

Log on to your Yahoo! mail, click Mail options, again click Holiday response. Fill up the details and enter your message. Click Auto- Response on. This response will be sent to all incoming mail that you receive during your holiday. You may enter up to 10 lines of text.
