Follow don't ask's advice. Here's the South Korean Yahoo! homepage;
http://kr.yahoo.com/
You'll be able to find the mail easily enough as you can read Korean. However, you'll have to join with a new name - when I went to mail through the Korean web-page it just sent me back to my usual English Yahoo! mail. You'll probably need to join the Korean site from scratch to stand a chance of getting Korean mail..! (Yahoo!mail doesn't HAVE a 'change the language' option.)

If your only problem is your PC not being able to display Korean text, go here and follow the instructions;
