I believe it can , I know it can kick up all kinds of allergies, sore throat and respiratory problems. If you were at the beach and got exposed to red tide that could be it or maybe too much sun or combination I Have Been A Resident of FT> Myers Bch, Fl for a long time we deal with red tide constantly especially hurriciane season Stay Away from it ...... Hope you migraine is better I know that feeling...

All red tide ever did to me was make me sick as a dog. Could it trigger a migraine? Almost anything can trigger a migraine so while you are barfing I suppose it could. Now THAT would be a miserable experience. If you are in the throws of red tide and a migraine good luck, if the vomiting gets too bad and you become dehydrated get a friend to drive you to the ER.

Oh yes, for some women it does.
(Count me one of them.)
It usually hits me about a week prior.
It's hormonal.
You may be able to control them with birth control pills or supplements such as magnesium, riboflavin and coq10.
Check with your doctor about the quantity.
There are many things you can do to ward them off around that time, you just have to try and find what works for you.
