U know.............in my personal humble opinion, i think the taliban should have apologised. i mean......in the quran, it does say in chapter 2 verse 256 (I hope i didn't get the verser wrong) it does say that there should be no compulsion in religion. so i guess the talibans shouldn't have destroyed the statue of buddah. and the muslims should apologize for throwing a hand grenade. if there was my brother there (my borhter cannot be there because he is currently learning how to walk).............anyway, if my brother had been there, i would have made him apologise.
seriously........i think the muslims r becoming bullies. n if u ask them a simple question about islam, they cannot answer u. i think they r not going according to the teachings of quran.....
i m not sure about the things u posted on additional information so i won't comment on that.

How can you expect the Muslims to apologise for destroying the Buddha statues? They have been accorded the 'Divine Right' to destroy all religions and religious symbols other than their own.This divine right is granted to them by Allah and Mohammed and they just love to exercise their divine right. It is well within their divine right to destroy, bomb, rape and kill people/women/children/symbols/idols belonging to other religions. Alah has made sure that Muslims can do what they want by giving them OIL in their lands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will not accept criticism of their religion but will always be critical of other religions and will not stop until all other religions are destroyed. This is a fact and History has enough evidence to support this. How dare the kafirs (non-believers) ask for an apology - all the kafirs will get will be more destruction and more bombings!!!!

This lesson should be learned by everyone. No matter what religion you belong to, there are members of that religion who make bad choices and make the whole religion look bad. Let's put the responsibility on the perpetrators of the action not the whole religion. And as an aside, I don't think what the pope did was wrong - he just cited some historical text. It was said in the past by someone else and we can't erase the past

they dont have to since people their from both religions kill each other ( which something i blame both for doing)
about Christians i dont know about that
never heard about it
but Islam totally prohibits attacking other religions and the people who follow it
and even during a war Muslims r prohibited to attack worship places or religious people

there is difference in attacking the truth and attacking the false or evil.
buddha is something worshiped instead of Allah, which is false, so we needn't appologize in such a case.
and about if muslims ever appologized to christians? no, but this is because there are common things, and for example if any muslim said bad about jesus, he becomes unbeliever.
