You said that she could not leave her family for you. With that, you should try to move on without her in your life. It could not have been a problem for you if she was willing to give up every thing for you but because she couldn't do that, there's no need for you to hope that someday, somehow, you would be in each other's arms because it might never happen.
Try to meet as many new acquaintances these days by frequenting places where there is a great chance for you to do that. You'll never know, but it's possible that out of those new friends you'd meet, one of them might just be the right woman for you. Let Destiny do his share in bringing you to her path where a romantic relationship between you and her would be in the offing.
But wait, I did not say that there is really a zero chance for you to have that married woman in your life in the future because if she is really the one meanf for you, someday, somehow, Destiny will bring her back to your arms. If she is not, then I'm sure that you will be in the arms of that woman you truly deserve. Good luck.

first of all, it's hard to understand what your question really means. are you asking what you should do about the situation or are you asking if you should tell your girls (you're married too?)
if you're asking about what to do now, then i think you should leave her. you already know that she won't leave her family, so why are you even hanging on to it? she's married. you shouldnt ever do something that would break up a family..

She needs a reason other than loving you to leave her current family.
She loves you only if she does not loves her current family.
It is not a matter whether she and you are in love. She could be yours if she has been frustrated with her current family and attempts to divorce.
