Sounds like it- your description of it is telling "I've been doing this" so you have been choosing not to eat. This is disordered eating. There are usually lots of negative emotional and psychological thoughts occurring when you have an eating disorder- do you have this too? If so, there are people who can help you understand why you are doing this and what are some better ways to cope with life. Please ask for help, there are many outstretched arms that can offer you a helping hand.

your typical day of eating should consist of four small meals and healthy snacks in between. This will keep your metabolism up and keep your weight maintained. You are not eating healthy enough. Don't force yourself with too much food, just little by little.

If you have to be forced to eat, then something is wrong, and it may not be anorexia. It could be something else. Get it checked out.
