Well, if you do not have office or any type of Microsoft software that hasn't got a presentation software, then you have to buy. Unless you can download it illegally, but we all know that is a very bad thing to do!! :)
But hope is not gone, you can download a free open source software called Open Office.

You can use some p2p program, but thats illegal and complicated. Best to download OpenOffice, which is completely free and as good. It has programs for word processing, presentations etc; just like MS Office.
You can also get a portable version of OpenOffice which will run from a flash drive at www.johnhaller.com
