maybe you should just stay out of it. its not your life. as long as they are happy and the kids are happy what does it matter. they aren't blood realtives. so it isn't incest. are the kids his biological children? if so..then they call him daddy...if they are her kids from a previous realtionship then they can call him by his first name. the kids will decide on their own what they want to call him.

does it really matter???? are they happy? are the kids happy? do have wat it takes to last untill death does them part? if ppl tease the kids for sum reason do they have the ability and love to go to ur brother ? i think u should b more worried abt the love and less abt the name.
p.s i dont call my father dad or anything i call him"nebsi" which means "my buddy" in my language or "natey" which means "mine".
