Absolutely! why would you think that we wouldn't? That's a special time of year to celebrate the saviors birth. We go all out that time of year. Mormons are in fact christians, we believe that there is a God and the savior Jesus Christ is his son.

So yes we do celebrate Christmas

first off, the term Mormonism describes the Christian religious, cultural, and institutional tradition associated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is the official designation of the religion "established on April 6, 1830, at Fayette, New York, under the direction of the Prophet Joseph Smith Jr."

That said, ‘The Church of Jesus Christ’ indicates that Jesus Christ stands at the head of the Church, and that his gospel, teachings, and divine authority constitute the fundamental basis of the Church.

The fact that they believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord tells me that they are a: Christian and b: Celebrate Christmas as the birth of their Lord and Savior. I may be wrong....about the Savior thing...but they do hold Jesus in high esteem, it seems from what I've gathered on the internet. To answer your question (while raising a few of my own!) YES, they celebrate christmas!
