i like one of my guy friends... and everytime he sees me he gives me a big hug. but my problem is also that he is constantly bugging me about all kinds of stuff. i really want to ask him out but i am too shy... is there anyway to let him know i am interested, without actually comming out and saying it. (most of my friends guys and girls think he likes me, *they dont know i like him though*) what to do?

Obviously, he likes you. This is why he irrirates you.
You could do nothing. If he really likes you, the teasing will disappear after some time, and he will be serious toward you.
You could start by trying to get to know him a liitle bit more. What are his interests, etc. Draw him out about these things. Ask his opinions on recent news stories, current events, issues. Do you often see him on other locations, like on the transit, in the mall, you could say, "i saw you...' and then he will know you take notice of him.
I think it's up to you to make the move here. But you have to move cautiously and slowly, and consider the reponses he gives you very carefully. You may be swept off your feet, or you may discover all that glitters is not gold.
Sometimes, it never gets past 'like,' so you have to make this a win/win situation in the event things do not pan out, and you can still be just a friend without any embarassing or hurtful redux coming back to haunt you.

Without saying a word, and letting him know...It is time for you to wait for the moment you are alone and having fun and talking and while he is cutting up bugging you, just grab him and kiss the heck out of him, push him back looking into his eyes to see the reaction...you will know then!

You said that most of your friends think he likes you, so if you have a common friend, she/he's the one who can say it! In a conversation or a joke. Its not obvious, then say why dont you both try to go out. If he really likes you, he will confirm it to you if you really want to go out with him. Then, your move! Goodluck!

The next time you see him and he gives you a big hug....reach down and gently massage his crotch while you're still in the hug. He'll either accept your advances and take you to bed, or he'll decline your offer. Either way you have nothing to lose!!!!
