If I drink alcohol & have any sort of hangover, I also get an aching pain in my joints. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Alcohol causes dehydration. Dehydration wrecks major havoc on the body from headache, muscle and joint aches, and nausea.

Drink 32oz of water, and take an OTC pain reliever such as Tylenol or Motrin right before bed. You may still have a hangover - especially if you really consumed a lot of booze - but the next day will be a lot more tolerable.

Beer knees...you're dehydrated. Drink water...slowly. Go back to bed.

Drank way to much, need to hydrate, drink plenty water, juices. Can get serious, permanent damage.
